It's overwhelming the number of marketing articles that are aimed at small business owners. If there was an endless marketing budget, we're sure every marketing suggestion would be implemented.   • Appear on GPS:  By registering your business with Google, you will appear on the map. Anyone using Google maps will see the company, including directions to the physical location.

  • The Business owner controls the information: Google will often create a business listing automatically for the business; however, frequently, the information included very limited. When claiming the business listing, the owner is in complete control of the brand and story. Updates can be made whenever necessary. 

 

  • Accessible of any device: Once the account is verified, the business will be searchable on Google regardless of what type of device the searcher is using. Such as PCs, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, and also vehicles outfitted with Google Maps.

 

  • Set up only takes a few minutes: Setting up Google My Business is quick and straightforward. For such a small effort, the benefits the small business will reap are boundless. In less than 10 minutes, the process can be started.
